For almost 60 years I’ve had an interest (my wife might say obsession) with photography. Starting with a simple Box Brownie I progressed through a series of 35mm rangefinder and SLR cameras, embracing digital from the early days, and photographing everything from landscapes, portraits, street scenes and sport. If it moved, or didn’t, I would point my camera at it.
Recently I’ve tended to concentrate on landscape and architecture, but with years of carrying a heavy backpack now telling, I’ve decided to simplify things a little – I still have my Sony A7iii camera and lenses, but on a day to day basis will be shooting with a Fujifilm X100F camera – today’s equivalent of that rangefinder camera I started with all those years ago.
Hopefully you’ll find my photos and musings of interest!
